Blistering Summer, Hot Winter?

For what feels like the first time in a very long time, the heat in the U.S Southwest seems to be returning to what is considered normal. But normal is relative. With the climate heating up because of human activities, "normal" may move three or four degrees up the thermometer.


Not much difference? It only takes one degree of difference to turn water into steam.
